Use cases · Ticket triage
Ticket triage,on arrival.
Every ticket is read, tagged and assigned by hand, and urgent ones wait behind routine ones. In seven days tickets are classified and routed as they arrive, routine answers are drafted, and a person sends every reply.

Tickets are classified and routed on arrival. Routine answers are drafted; urgent ones are escalated to a person.
Anything customer-facing is sent by a person.
The seven days.
Fixed scope · two exit gates
Days 1–2
We measure first-response time and the share of routine tickets, and write the classification rules with your support lead.
Days 3–5
We connect the help desk and the knowledge base, add the routing and the drafting, and set the escalation path.
Days 6–7
The build runs beside the team on live tickets, passes the tests, and goes live with the support lead’s sign-off.
What we measure. First-response time, tickets resolved per agent-hour, urgent tickets that waited. The same numbers, measured again on day 7.
The two exit gates. Day 2: if the source data isn’t there, we stop and you pay for the map only. Day 7: the tests pass, or the final payment waits. The full offer.
Quarterly Journal of Economics: AI assistance raised support agents’ issues resolved per hour by 15% on average (5,172 agents). 2025. Source
Straight answers.
Three questions · asked on most first calls
Will customers talk to a bot?
No. The build drafts; a person sends. Customers get an answer from a name.
Which help desks?
Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, Freshdesk and shared inboxes are the usual first builds; anything with an API works.
How is “urgent” decided?
By rules you set on day 2: keywords, customer tier, sentiment, age of the ticket. Urgent ones jump the queue to a person.

Bring the ticket triage workflow as it runs today. We name the seven-day build on the call—or tell you not to automate it.
Security first? Ask for the packet: data boundary, access, approvals, logs.
