Agents Autonomous is led by equal co-founders Andrew Matusevich and Seva Rybakov. Our team brings together AI architecture, software engineering, and product expertise.

Andrew connects product decisions with the engineering needed to deliver them. His background spans a decade in software products and commercial leadership, with more than three years focused on applied AI. He designs assistants and agent teams that retain context across sessions, use tools with defined permissions, and can be evaluated as the work evolves.
His work covers the full path from scope and architecture to deployment, monitoring, and recovery, including persistent assistants, knowledge retrieval, analytics, and coordinated agent workflows.

From a difficult technical problem to a working product.
Seva brings more than fifteen years of software engineering experience across architecture, back-end systems, interfaces, and technical leadership. His AI work includes conversational agents, knowledge-connected assistants, and multi-agent systems integrated with business tools. He has taken products from initial design through launch and led engineering teams through that process.
He combines hands-on implementation with system design, integration work, and developer mentoring. Andrew and Seva lead project conversations together.

The job comes before the technology
