One refunds the first month. One builds a free demo before any invoice. We chose exit gates instead: you pay for the day-2 map because the map is worth having even when the answer is “don’t automate this.”
A workflow with no exceptions and no approvals belongs on a platform, not with us. We say so on the call. What we build is the work that needs an owner, controls and a record.
