What happens on the free scoping call?
In 30 minutes, we discuss one task, your current tools and the result you need. We check whether the starter fits and what is needed for a written proposal. If paid discovery is needed, we explain its scope and price first. You do not need a prepared brief or a paid assessment to book the call.
How will we judge whether the project is useful?
We agree a baseline and acceptance checks with the person who owns the work. Answers meet the agreed question-set criteria, cite their sources, and handle missing evidence as tested. Where relevant, we also compare manual effort, correction work and operating costs. These checks guide the handoff; they are not a promise of revenue or savings.
What kinds of AI agent can you build?
A knowledge assistant can answer from approved documents. An expanded agent can also prepare work, retrieve context from agreed systems, and take approved tool actions. We scope one business task and its permission limits before committing to a build.

Can it update CRM records or send messages?

We check their available interfaces, account permissions, and data access before proposing a connection. Describe the tools on the scoping call; compatibility and custom connector work must be established for your project.
How do you test it before launch?
