We measure turnaround and error rate on last quarter’s quotes, and write the pricing rules with your sales lead.
Days 3–5
We connect the CRM, the price book and the document tool, add the assembly and the margin checks, and route exceptions to a person.
Days 6–7
The build runs beside the team on live requests, passes the tests, and goes live with the sales lead’s sign-off.
What we measure. Hours per quote, error rate, turnaround. The same numbers, measured again on day 7.
