Days 1–2
We measure documents per day, checks per document and the current error rate, and write the matching rules with the team.
Days 3–5
We connect the document inbox and the system of record, add the reading and the matching, and route mismatches with the difference shown.
Days 6–7
The build runs beside the team on live documents, passes the tests, and goes live with the owner’s sign-off.

Which document types?
Scans, PDFs and photos of bills of lading, proofs of delivery, invoices and certificates. If a person can read it, the build can check it against the record.
What counts as a mismatch?
Whatever you define on day 2: quantity, weight, date, party, amount. Each mismatch goes to a person with the two values side by side.
Does it approve anything?
No. It checks and flags. Disputes and the sign-off on every exception stay with your people.
