Use cases · CRM data hygiene
CRM data hygiene,on a schedule.
Duplicates, dead contacts and empty fields make the pipeline numbers hard to trust. In seven days the CRM is deduplicated and completed from your own systems on a schedule, and a person decides every merge and deletion.

Duplicates, dead contacts and empty fields. Reps stop trusting the pipeline numbers.
Records are deduplicated, completed from your own systems, and flagged for review on a schedule.
Merges and deletions.
The seven days.
Fixed scope · two exit gates
Days 1–2
We measure the CRM as it is: duplicate rate, empty required fields, contacts with no activity. We write the rules with your RevOps lead.
Days 3–5
We connect the CRM, the billing system and the inbox, add the matching and completion rules, and queue merges for review.
Days 6–7
The build runs on live data beside the team, passes the tests, and goes live with RevOps sign-off.
What we measure. Duplicate rate, empty required fields, stale contacts. The same numbers, measured again on day 7.
The two exit gates. Day 2: if the source data isn’t there, we stop and you pay for the map only. Day 7: the tests pass, or the final payment waits. The full offer.
Salesforce, State of Sales: reps spend 60% of the workweek not selling; 13% goes to manual data entry (4,050 surveyed, vendor study). 2026. Source

Three questions · asked on most first calls
Will the system delete anything on its own?
No. It proposes merges and deletions with the evidence; a named person approves. Every change is logged.
Which CRMs?
The one you run. Salesforce and HubSpot are the usual first builds; anything with an API works.
Where does the missing data come from?
Your own systems: billing, support, email, the website. No purchased lists unless you bring them.

20 minutes. A straight answer.
Bring the crm data hygiene workflow as it runs today. We name the seven-day build on the call—or tell you not to automate it.
Security first? Ask for the packet: data boundary, access, approvals, logs.
