- Optional ongoing support
- Optional: $300–$1,000/month for agreed refresh monitoring and maintenance. New reports and major source changes are separate.
- Timing
- The seven-day Reporting Rebuild is available only for a separately agreed scope with ready inputs, source access, an available owner, and agreed acceptance criteria. Other work has its own schedule.
All prices are in USD. Third-party software, API usage, hosting and any telephony charges are separate. Support is optional; its coverage and limits are agreed separately. New workflows need a new scope.

How much does a first project cost?
One recurring report starts at $2,500 USD for the starter scope shown on this page. We confirm access, scope, exclusions, timing and a written price before work begins. Third-party software and usage charges are separate; ongoing support is optional.
What happens on the free scoping call?
In 30 minutes, we discuss one task, your current tools and the result you need. We check whether the starter fits and what is needed for a written proposal. If paid discovery is needed, we explain its scope and price first. You do not need a prepared brief or a paid assessment to book the call.
How will we judge whether the project is useful?
We agree a baseline and acceptance checks with the person who owns the work. A test reporting cycle produces the agreed report, flags input issues, and can be repeated from the runbook. Where relevant, we also compare manual effort, correction work and operating costs. These checks guide the handoff; they are not a promise of revenue or savings.
Which report should we bring?
Choose one existing report with an owner and a recurring business use. Describe its source exports, reporting period, and current checks. We can arrange a review of redacted examples after the first call.
When does the seven-day window start?
Only after the scope, source access, acceptance criteria, exclusions, and owner availability are agreed. Missing data and disputed metric definitions must be resolved or scoped separately.
Is every reporting project delivered in seven days?
No. The format applies only to an agreed Reporting Rebuild. Dashboards, additional reports, and changes to source systems have their own scope and schedule.
What if our numbers do not agree today?
We identify that before committing to the build. Historical cleanup or unresolved definitions may need a separate assessment.
