Collections,on a schedule, in your voice.
Overdue invoices are chased by whoever remembers, and the tone depends on the day. In seven days reminders go out on a schedule in your voice with the invoice attached, and replies and promises to pay are logged against the account.

Escalations, and any write-off.
The seven days.
Fixed scope · two exit gates
Days 1–2
We measure days sales outstanding and the overdue book, and write the reminder schedule and the tone with your controller.
Days 3–5
We connect the accounting system and the mailbox, add the schedule and the templates, and route replies and disputes to a person.
Days 6–7
The build runs beside the team on the live overdue book, passes the tests, and goes live with the controller’s sign-off.
What we measure. Days sales outstanding, overdue balance, reminders sent by hand. The same numbers, measured again on day 7.
The two exit gates. Day 2: if the source data isn’t there, we stop and you pay for the map only. Day 7: the tests pass, or the final payment waits. The full offer.
Straight answers.
Three questions · asked on most first calls
Will customers get a robotic email?
No. The templates are written with you on day 2 in your voice, the schedule is yours, and a person handles every reply.
Who decides on write-offs?
You do. Escalations, payment plans and write-offs stay with a named person; the build prepares the account history.
Which accounting systems?
QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite and Sage are the usual first builds; anything with an API works.

Bring the collections workflow as it runs today. We name the seven-day build on the call—or tell you not to automate it.
Security first? Ask for the packet: data boundary, access, approvals, logs.
