Days 1–2
We measure the inbox as it is: threads open, waiting on you, waiting on others. We write the sorting rules with you.
Days 3–5
We connect the mailbox and the calendar, add the sorting and the drafting, and set the follow-up cadence.
Days 6–7
The build runs beside you on live mail, passes the tests, and goes live with your sign-off.
What we measure. Open threads, median time to reply, follow-ups missed. The same numbers, measured again on day 7.
