Use cases · Employee onboarding
Employee onboarding,triggered by one date.
Accounts, forms, equipment and training requests get chased across five systems for every hire. In seven days one start date triggers every request, tracks each one to done, and reports what is still open.

The seven days.
Fixed scope · two exit gates
Days 1–2
We list every request a hire needs today, who owns it and how long it takes, and write the tests with HR and IT.
Days 3–5
We connect the HR system, the ticketing tool and the identity provider, add the checklist, and route approvals to their owners.
Days 6–7
The build runs beside HR on the next hires, passes the tests, and goes live with HR’s sign-off.
What we measure. Days from offer to fully set up, requests chased per hire, items still open on day one. The same numbers, measured again on day 7.
The two exit gates. Day 2: if the source data isn’t there, we stop and you pay for the map only. Day 7: the tests pass, or the final payment waits. The full offer.

Straight answers.
Three questions · asked on most first calls
Does the system create accounts on its own?
It requests them. Access approvals stay with the people who own the systems, and every grant is logged.
Which systems?
The HR system, the ticketing tool, the identity provider and the equipment queue you already run.
Does this work for offboarding too?
Yes. The same checklist runs in reverse on the last day, and reports what is still open.

20 minutes. A straight answer.
Bring the employee onboarding workflow as it runs today. We name the seven-day build on the call—or tell you not to automate it.
Security first? Ask for the packet: data boundary, access, approvals, logs.
