What happens on the call?
Andrew and Seva ask about one workflow: who does the work, which tools it touches, and what should improve. You leave with a view of the first useful scope, the information needed to estimate it, and where a person should stay in control.
Do we need to prepare anything?
A plain description of the task is enough. If you want a head start, the one-page project brief lists the questions we ask. Skip confidential records, customer data, and passwords.
Can we email instead of booking a call?
The booking page is the reliable channel at the moment. Choose a slot in your time zone; the confirmation comes from the scheduler.
