How much does a first project cost?
Focused internal AI tool starts at $6,000 USD for the starter scope shown on this page. We confirm access, scope, exclusions, timing and a written price before work begins. Third-party software and usage charges are separate; ongoing support is optional.
What happens on the free scoping call?
In 30 minutes, we discuss one task, your current tools and the result you need. We check whether the starter fits and what is needed for a written proposal. If paid discovery is needed, we explain its scope and price first. You do not need a prepared brief or a paid assessment to book the call.
How will we judge whether the project is useful?
We agree a baseline and acceptance checks with the person who owns the work. The agreed user can complete the review, correct findings, and produce the expected output on representative samples. Where relevant, we also compare manual effort, correction work and operating costs. These checks guide the handoff; they are not a promise of revenue or savings.
When is a custom tool worth considering?
When the same review repeatedly breaks across documents and spreadsheets, and existing software does not fit the task. We check whether configuring a tool you already have would be sufficient before recommending a build.
What should we bring to the first call?
Describe the review, the source, and the accepted output. Explain who checks the work and what can be corrected. We can arrange a review of redacted examples afterward.
Does every part need AI?
No. Clear review states and a reliable export matter on their own. AI can propose findings where the samples support useful results; the reviewer keeps the source and the final decision.
Can it be part of our existing application?
We can assess that after reviewing the architecture and access. Integration work beyond the focused starter is quoted separately.
Who owns and maintains the code?
Ownership, licensing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance are agreed in writing before work begins. The handoff does not imply unlimited support.
